Purchase of the site and project start
The property developers OLD FOR YOUNG have bought the site of the former Hotel-Restaurant Bären. The schedule begins in August 2026, the workshop phase runs until February 2027.

We show how a project comes about.
The Bären project is under development. Not every question has been answered yet, and that is exactly why we communicate openly and transparently. A page that only speaks once everything is settled speaks too late for the people of a village.
This page therefore collects the state of things in individual articles. Each article records what is documented, where the information comes from and what is still open. Where we do not know something, we write that down instead of filling the gap with a pleasant phrase.
We write for the people of Ins, for future residents and for everyone with an interest in how this place develops. That also means: no press releases with invented quotes, no prices before there are prices, no floor plans before there are floor plans.
If a statement changes, we change it here. A schedule that quietly goes out of date is not transparency. It is only an old page.
