The Bären project is under development. Not every question has been answered yet, and that is exactly why we communicate openly and transparently. This is not a polite phrase, it is a way of working.
We write for three groups. For the people of Ins, who walk past the village square every day. For future residents, who want to know what is being built here. And for everyone interested in how this place develops without wanting to move in themselves.
We follow one simple rule. What is documented appears here. What is open appears here as open. What we do not know, we do not write. That covers prices, floor plans, square metre figures, the purchase price of the site and the status of permits.

If a statement changes, we change it. We would rather correct something visibly than leave an outdated figure standing. That too belongs to a development that is meant to stay comprehensible.
Anyone who would like to be kept informed can get in touch through the contact form. We keep a list of interested parties. Interested parties are considered in the order in which they get in touch. There is no advance reservation, no place in the queue for a fee and no contract that could be signed today.
The contact person for the project is Filippo Cibolini. A message to the project address reaches him directly. We answer personally, even when the answer is that we do not know yet.
Fair, transparent, bold, committed: these are the four words we ask to be measured by. How we handle information is part of that.
