This form registers interest. It is not an application and not a contract. You tell us what interests you, and we reply personally.
List of interested parties
We are already accepting enquiries of interest. As soon as a reservation is possible, these enquiries will be considered first, in the order in which they were received. What counts is when your message arrives. There is no advance reservation and no place in the queue for a fee.
Today there are no floor plans and no prices. Anyone who gets in touch now is not securing an apartment, but a place in the order. Registering interest creates no entitlement to an allocation, and the project, the floor areas, the prices and the dates all remain expressly subject to change. A purchase becomes legally binding only with a publicly notarised contract (Article 216 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). We ask for no payment for any of this.
What happens next.
Four steps, and nothing more. And one honest note up front: there are no floor plans and no prices yet, so there is nothing we could send you.
Immediately
Your message arrives
Your message goes to the project address and reaches Filippo Cibolini, the contact person for the Bären project. There is no automatic confirmation email, because there is no software behind the form that would send one.

We reply personally
You get an answer from a person, not from a template. If we cannot answer a question yet, we write exactly that. A non-committal phrase helps nobody.

Information once something is documented
We write when there is something documented to report: a result from the workshop process, a step in the schedule or a point that used to be open. Everything else appears continuously under News.
- 01No bulk mail without a reason

We are in the village, not only on paper.
The site is on the village square, in the middle of Ins. Anyone with a question should be able to ask it without going through a hotline. That is why a named person stands here, and not a form without a sender.
Contact at a glance.

Three railway lines stop in Ins.
Ins lies in the Grosses Moos, the flat farmland of the Bernese Seeland, between Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Biel. Anyone arriving by train stands on the village square a few minutes later.
We do not show an embedded map here, but the connections instead. All journey times are from Ins station and are approximate.

What we clarify most often.
Five questions that come up first about getting in touch and about the list of interested parties.
Can I reserve an apartment already?
No. There are no floor plans and no prices, so there is nothing that could be reserved. There is a legal reason too: under Article 216 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, contracts for the sale of land and preliminary contracts require a public deed, and a merely written reservation agreement carrying an obligation to conclude would be void for want of form. What does exist is the list of interested parties. We are already accepting enquiries of interest. As soon as a reservation is possible, these enquiries will be considered first, in the order in which they were received.
What happens to my details?
We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to keep you on the list of interested parties. We do not pass them on to third parties and we send no advertising. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Why is there no phone number on this page?
Because we do not publish a number we cannot confirm. We will publish the phone number at a later date. Until then you can reach us by email at info@oldforyoung.ch, which is read, or by post at OLD FOR YOUNG, Die Immobilien Entwickler, Hauptstrasse 159, 3286 Muntelier.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We reply personally, usually within a few days. There is no automatic confirmation email, because there is no software behind the form that would send one. If an answer fails to arrive, please write to us a second time.
I live in Ins and have a question about the building project itself.
Please use the same form. Questions from the village are the ones we answer first. For municipal information, for example on the building regulations or the townscape protection zones, the municipality of Ins is the right place to ask.
