The property developers OLD FOR YOUNG have bought the site of the former Hotel-Restaurant Bären on the village square in Ins. The initiator of the project is the architect Salvatore Cibolini.
The schedule of the Bären project began in August 2026. The workshop phase runs until February 2027: the architecture firm Cibolini Architektur GmbH is developing a workshop together with the municipality, and a jury of several members accompanies the process. Heritage and landscape conservation are also involved.
Nothing has been decided about the protected building yet. No building application has been submitted and no building permit has been issued.
