The architectural work on the project is carried out by Cibolini Architektur GmbH in Muntelier. The architect Salvatore Cibolini initiated the project.

Other bodies are involved in the planning through the workshop process, among them the municipality of Ins, the cantonal heritage conservation office and the heritage society. They neither publish this website nor answer for its content. Statements on these pages are statements by OLD FOR YOUNG alone.

The design, structure and technical build of this website are by Frascati. The content comes from OLD FOR YOUNG and from public sources about the municipality of Ins and the Bären.

The photographs on this website are mood images. They do not show the Bären project, the planned rooms, or the existing buildings on the village square in Ins. They stand for the attitude, the uses and the landscape the project is about.

As soon as plans, models or renderings from the process are released, we will replace these mood images step by step with material from the project itself.

The photographs used come from Pexels and are used under that platform's licence. Which image belongs to which page is recorded in the file QUELLEN.md in the image folder of this website. If you would like an attribution corrected, please write to us.

The content of this website is prepared with care and reviewed regularly. No guarantee is given for its accuracy, completeness or currency. Information about an ongoing planning process can be out of date at any time.

Liability claims against the publisher for material or immaterial damage arising from access to this website, from its use or non-use, or from technical faults are excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

This website occasionally links to third-party websites, for example to the municipality of Ins or to press reports about the Bären. We have no influence over their content. Only the respective operator is responsible for it.

The Bären project is in development. Everything shown on this website reflects the current state of planning. It is neither an assurance nor an offer.

The number of apartments and uses, the dates, the areas and the shape of the building may change as the process continues. What counts in the end is what is agreed in the workshop process with the municipality of Ins, the cantonal heritage conservation office and the other bodies involved, and then approved.

Registering interest creates no claim to an apartment, no reservation and no contract. This website is an invitation to make an offer and not an offer in the legal sense. A purchase becomes legally binding only with a publicly notarised contract, because under Article 216 of the Swiss Code of Obligations contracts for the sale of land and preliminary contracts require a public deed. We record the date of every enquiry so that interested parties can be considered in that order once the allocation is decided.

This website deliberately gives no prices, floor areas or floor plans. None of that is settled yet, and we do not want to write down anything we cannot stand behind today.
