The schedule for the Bären project begins in August 2026. That is the project start. From now on there is a sequence against which the project can be measured.
The workshop process runs until February 2027. During this time the architecture office Cibolini Architektur GmbH develops a workshop together with the municipality. A jury of several members accompanies the process and brings in different perspectives.
The purpose of this phase is easy to describe. The project should fit into the townscape of Ins as well as possible. That is why nobody builds first and explains afterwards: the work is done together first. In this way architecture emerges not only for the place, but out of an understanding of the place.

What does not yet happen in this phase we state just as clearly. There are no floor plans that could be handed out. There are no prices. There are no square metre figures and no permit status. None of this has been decided, and we anticipate none of it.
After the workshop process the further steps of the schedule follow: the ordinary building application by July 2027, the start of construction in October 2027 and the move-in date in October 2028. These dates are planning, not a commitment.
A schedule for a protected building in a townscape of national importance is movable by its nature. If something shifts, we will write it here rather than leave the old dates standing.
Until then: the project has started, and the work on its form begins.
